A Re-Branding Case Study

This case study showcases the successful rebranding project of a leading automotive company in New Zealand. The client acquired a smaller dealership and needed to expand their dealership footprint. We were assigned to project manage the entire re-branding initiative.

At the outset of the project, we developed and proposed a new brand identity and visuals which were approved by the client. From there, we took charge of engaging and managing the relationship with the signage company to execute the plan.

 

The scope of the project was extensive and included developing the brand and installing large-format signage, in-branch and point of sale collateral, and promotional materials across eight branches in Auckland. Additionally, we created internal collateral such as uniforms and business cards to ensure a cohesive brand message throughout the company.

The Result

By consolidating the entire project with a handful of trusted suppliers, we were able to significantly reduce costs. This consolidation resulted in almost $250,000 in cost savings, a substantial reduction for such a large-scale project.

As project manager, we oversaw the entire project, ensuring that it was completed on time and within budget. The entire re-branding process took 8 months from start to finish, and we are proud to have achieved such a successful outcome for the client.
